Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are subject to change until paid in full. The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Minimal guest numbers are required for tours to proceed. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions. Throughout the year some areas may close unexpectedly due to Aboriginal cultural reasons or inclement weather conditions prevailing at the time, such as high temperatures, rain, strong winds, storms, low lying clouds, insufficient light or at the discretion of National Park Rangers.
All foreign currency amounts quoted in this website are indicative only and all charges from Ahoy Sydney will be in Australian Dollars at the Australian dollar price as indicated. The Australian dollar fee will be converted to the card holders local currency by the credit card holder’s merchant bank internal exchange rate on the day that the Credit Card provider processes the transaction, which may or may not be the day the booking is made and Ahoy Sydney holds no liability for any conversion rate or additional fees incurred in the process of conversion or any other matters pertaining to, or connected with, the conversion from our billed AUD rate to the card holders local currency.
Government regulations prohibit smoking inside tourist coaches within Australia. Please restrict smoking to the dedicated smoking areas at stops en route.
Eating and Drinking
There is strictly no eating or drinking on the bus apart from bottled water. Hot food of any kind will not be allowed on the bus (even if it will not be eaten). If you are required to eat on the bus for medical purposes, please let Ahoy Sydney know prior to starting your tour.
On an Ahoy Sydney tour which has overnight accommodation, children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children of all ages will need their own seat and ticket.
Clients with all disabilities are welcome on Ahoy Sydney tours however (if required) must be accompanied by an able-bodied companion to assist them. Ahoy Sydney staff are not adequately trained, and therefore are unable to assist if a companion is not present.
Ahoy Sydney reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope with the requirements of bus tour travel and who may require services and facilities that Ahoy Sydney cannot guarantee will be available. This includes the inability to wear a seatbelt due to obesity or medical conditions. You agree to not hold Ahoy Sydney responsible for any decision made by Ahoy Sydney or any service provider to refuse to carry you, provide any facilities or accommodation to you or to provide any service to you.
If a Tour Cancelled
On the extremely rare occasion whereby Ahoy Sydney must cancel a tour, you will be informed by email and/or by phone from the number and email you provided during your booking process. If you do not read your email or answer your phone and there is no other way you can be contacted, Ahoy Sydney will not be held responsible for this information not reaching you. For peace of mind, you are more than welcome to confirm your tour with Us on 0431894471 the evening before your tour.
Bad behaviour will not be accepted. All guests are required to behave in a respectable manner. Any guest who is rude and/or aggressive to any other guest or tour guide will be asked to leave the tour immediately and find their own way back to Sydney at their own cost. Your tour guide will make this decision and it is final.
No refunds to guests removed for bad behaviour!
Any damage caused by a guest to property at the locations we visit or on the bus itself will be paid for by the guest responsible. This includes a bus cleaning fee of up to $500 for vomiting on the bus.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given: Greater than 7 days notice – 30% cancellation fee applies. Less than 7 days and over 24 hours notice – 50% cancellation fee applies, within 24 hours or where no notice is given – 100% cancellation fee applies. The % refers to the total cost of your tour or charter.
If you are late and miss the bus, tickets can not be transferred to another date and no refunds will be issued. You will need to purchase a new ticket if you would like to join another tour in the future.
All cruises, other operator tours and non-coach movements are not operated by Ahoy Sydney, or by persons or companies associated with Ahoy Sydney. Therefore we cannot and do not take any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or loss of any type arising in any manner, including whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.
Ahoy Sydney reserves the right to charge guests for damage, repairs or professional cleaning if guests have caused damage or soiling to the vehicle during their time on tour. Payment amount will depend on how much Ahoy Sydney has been charged for such repairs or cleaning by professionals.

Only credit cards in the name of one of the travelling passengers will be accepted.
Credit card payments for private tours, may attract a 2.5% merchant fee, which may be calculated on top of the tour price, and is based on the total booking amount.
